Perth storm

Its almost been a month since the devastating storm which hit Perth.  The storm, which threw golf-ball sized hailstones wrecked havoc to the city and destroyed properties and cars.

I was driving back from work and experienced March's average total rainfall pour down in seven minutes.

It was scary.  To have rain so strong it was cutting radio reception.  The car was rocking back and forth as if someone was outside trying to tip the car over.  But I don't think it would be anywhere as scary as having hailstones smash into the car and break the windscreen.  It was such a freaky storm - one that we'll hopefully never see again.
